A good suggestion came out of the March 11th meeting: Let's video tape some of our members one night and challenge the group to use Open Source Video Editing software to create a short film for airing by the next meeting. Let's do it! We'll film our victims actors next meeting! What fun!!

The March 11th meeting featured a screening of Steal This Film II , which is described in Wikipedia as "[examining] the technological and cultural aspects of the copyright wars, and the implications of the internet for copying...[including] an exploration of Mark Getty's infamous statement that 'intellectual property is the oil of the 21st century'." After watching the film we had an outstanding discussion about the film's content and the implications raised by the producers and their interviewees.
